Read Easy UK is the only national charity that offers free, one to one reading coaching to adults who struggle in their daily lives due to not being able to read.

We are a small but mighty team based in the central office in the Cotswolds with all roles eligible for hybrid working (split between home and office to be negotiated prior to appointment). Our mission is delivered by amazing and passionate volunteer groups all over the country.

Our vision is for all adults to have the literacy skills necessary to fulfil their potential and live life to the full.

This is an exciting time to join the team, with a new CEO, opportunities for national growth and ambitious plans for increased impact on Readers. You will be joining our community at a time when you can have a role in shaping the next phase of the charity.

We strive to ensure our recruitment practices are fair, open, easy to access and as inclusive as possible. We aim to recruit a team which broadly reflect the local communities which we serve; to work with and learn from each other to continually improve the service we deliver to our Readers. Our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Group is actively promoting and advancing diversity and inclusion, ensuring a culture where everyone can be themselves and thrive. We welcome you to apply and be your authentic self.
